Derrick Marshall has over 31 years of experience in the Private Investigation industry. After attending Missouri State University, he founded Black Diamond Detective Agency which would eventually expand operation into 9 states. In 2010 he would branch out to form Marshall and Associates LLC, a private detective agency that would grow to employee numerous investigators and investigative contacts across the globe. Since then the company has blossomed into a full scale agency, capable of handling an array of services for their clients.
We proudly employee bi-lingual investigators, both male and female, of different races and ethnicities. Our multi-cultural approach to investigations allows us to operate in situations where other investigators fall short.
All of our investigators are licensed, bonded, and insured. Our Private Investigators license allows us access to specialized databases that provide information invaluable towards working your case.

All of Marshall & Associates Investigations’ Missouri private investigators are licensed, bonded, and insured with the Missouri Board of Private Investigator and Private Fire Investigator Examiners.
Marshall & Associates Investigations employs both male and female security team members who can work as private bodyguards, work loss-prevention at retail businesses, assist in the transport of armored cars, as well as guard prisoners in transport. All of Marshall & Associates’ security officers are licensed and certified to operate as a security officers in Florida, holding the necessary Class “D” Security Officer License, issued by the Florida Department of Agriculture Division of Licensing.
