Earlier this year private investigator Derrick Marshall and Citizens For Justice reporter Matt Akins were filming at the Springfield Missouri Police Department headquarters as part of their investigation in that agency’s illegal broadcasts of Social Security numbers over public dispatch channel. As they filmed, a man who took issue with his first amendment activities decided it was time to confront them.
